Do I get a new phone number?
GemReach currently provisions a dedicated US toll-free SMS/MMS number. Toll-Free Verification must be approved before live texting.
Do I need Shopify?
Yes for new accounts. Install GemReach from the Shopify App Store to sync customers, orders, and product information. Existing standalone customers can still sign in.
How is this different from Clientbook or Podium?
