Free, $0 a month: up to 2 associate seats and 50 texts a month. Client profiles with Shopify sync, the Today follow-up list, the two-way inbox, consent records and quiet-hour safeguards.
Starter, $49 a month: up to 3 associate seats and 750 texts a month. 14-day free trial.
Pro, $99 a month: up to 10 associate seats and 3,000 texts a month. Campaigns and segments, AI campaign copy on your own AI key, text-to-pay links and outbound webhooks are Pro-only. 14-day free trial.

What is not charged

There are no per-message overage charges. When the monthly text allowance is used up, outbound texts pause until the monthly reset or a plan change.

Billing is month to month: through Shopify for Shopify installs, through Stripe for standalone accounts. The Shopify App Store bills every 30 days in US dollars.

Which plan fits

Try the Free plan first if you want to see client profiles, the Today list and the inbox with a couple of staff.
Starter suits a small team that texts clients regularly and needs more than 50 texts a month.
Pro suits a bigger team or a store that wants to run campaigns to segments of its client book.

Before you pay

Live texting works only for clients in the United States and Canada, from a dedicated US toll-free number that must pass carrier verification first. Profiles and follow-ups work while that is pending.
